there's a sucker born every minute

...and all the female ones were at american girl cult, er i mean, place, including myself, this morning. the gluttonous purchases of overpriced toys that'll be grown out of soon enough just stunned me. what a glorious racket they've got going on. still w/ this knowledge, i allowed them to assault my wallet and personal beliefs, just to see the smiles on claire and her cousin gigi's faces.

now, i can't take the credit for photos. bonni took them. and thanks to my sister-in-law elisa who stayed awhile longer after brunch to hang out and shop. i had a real fun time w/ both of them and the girls... but once again, let it be known that "american girl place" is EVIL.
